Plant based meat is still in its infancy. Like any innovation, it will take time to get really good. The narrative about it being processed and unhealthy is a communication blitz by the multi billion dollar meat industry to delay consumer adoption of these products.

Personally I am enthusiastic about kill-free cultivated meat which is also in its infancy but shows real promise.

If citizens can accept a plant based burger as a substitute even once in a while, it can make a real difference.

Why hate on innovation in an area that humans should pursue? This sort of article only slows down the evolution curve which is honestly too bad.
