Objective and unbiased values screening is something of a hiring holy grail. What values screening “frameworks” are you guys fans of, specifically?

Also, how do you make sure that a “values screen” doesn’t somehow become an excuse and justification for selection bias amongst a small core group which will ultimately result in a team with a poor composition of diversity? My view is that there already is too much of an echo-chamber effect happening in many companies, and having the same small group dominating hiring decisions introduces a different sort of risk. Very interested in further thoughts along these lines.
