Nice piece, @Scott. Finding checks and balances wiht Facebook is hard. The ideas you have involving legal challenges are good ones, because appealing to other interests has not worked. Facebook has a governance problem, though, and until Zuckerberg's unfettered power gets checked, I fear no change will come.
